Smooth, bright orchid aroma throughout with a clean, refreshing finish.

 

Taste & Strength

Hardly any tannin in it and tastes a little malty

 

When to Drink

Can be enjoyed throughout the day with many successive infusions of the same leaves.

 

Origin

China.

 

Brewing Information

This tea should be brewed with water slightly off the boil (about 80-90C) in order not to destroy its delicate taste, and brewed for a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Best drunk without milk.

 

Storage Advice

Airtight container, preferably a tea caddy.
